The client is looking to rebrand so that they can better connect with Australian young people who are reluctant to browse international groceries due to a lack of understanding of the ingredients. We built a set of visual system including illustration characters to make the brand look younger and inclusive. Our strategy is to make customers feel a welcoming vibe in-store and get used to a convenient digital shopping experience.
